The client reached out to us with a heartfelt goal: to build a comfortable and functional living space for his father. From the very beginning, we focused on making the process smooth and stress-free. Todd Crockett personally visited their home, taking the time to thoughtfully design a suite that not only provided a beautiful living area but also included a solution to relocate their laundry room. In just eight days, we had the design finalized and finishes selected with the help of our talented designer, Ramsey.
Once the project was underway, our crew worked diligently to protect the home and keep everything clean and organized throughout the process. Our subcontractors stayed focused on their work while being respectful and courteous to the family — something we always prioritize.
The finished project was nothing short of amazing. The new related living suite includes a spacious bedroom with a walk-in closet, a beautifully designed bathroom with a large shower, and a new powder room. We also created a brand-new laundry room and refinished the existing hardwood floors to absolute perfection.
